A fantastic firm in Newcastle is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property Team. Key Responsibilities
*Residential Conveyancer to provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
*Residential Conveyancer working in accordance with SRA requirements and the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Core Practice Management Standards
*Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, the Land Registry and third-party solicitors
*Drafting, reviewing and amending all documentation supporting residential property transactions, including post-completion and registration documents
*Contributing to business development and relationship-building initiatives
What we are looking for:
*Experienced Residential Conveyancer (4+ years’ experience)
*The ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
*Strong working knowledge of the CQS protocol
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive approach to managing expectations and developing relationships with referrers
*High attention to detail, a strong work ethic and flexibility to support departmental needs
