The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Source and engage high-quality technology candidates
*Review CVs and create targeted job adverts
*Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
*Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
*Negotiate offers and successfully close placements
About You
*A recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven
*Organised, proactive, and resilient
*An interest in technology or prior sales/customer-facing experience is advantageous
