Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Kings Hill, Kent
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (initial 3-month assignment)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for recruitment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation in Kings Hill as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a temporary basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration
*Post job adverts and manage responses
*Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers
*Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS
*Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks
*Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team

*Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency
