Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and engaging individuals to join a team in a fully remote role. This position combines outbound vendor verification calls with skilled administrative support, including basic Accounts Payable (AP) processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing their own time, enjoys variety in their work, and brings energy, curiosity, and a positive "spark" to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Verification & Communication
Conduct outbound phone calls to vendors globally to verify company and banking details
Build professional rapport with vendors and represent the business confidently
Accurately record, update, and maintain vendor information in internal systems
Identify discrepancies, risks, or incomplete information and escalate where necessary
Administrative & AP Support
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Assist with basic Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and record keeping
Maintain organised and accurate documentation
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and process improvements as required
Time & Workload Management
Independently manage daily tasks and priorities in a remote working environment
Meet agreed deadlines and productivity expectations without close supervision
Skills & Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence making outbound phone calls
Previous administrative experience; exposure to Accounts Payable is an advantage but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
