?? Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided from day one, alongside clear progression and strong earning potential.
The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the data and analytics space. This includes:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates across data, analytics, and tech markets
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement
* Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
* Developing deep market knowledge to become a specialist consultant
This is a fast-paced, commercial role suited to individuals who are motivated by targets, progression, and financial reward.
What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious and target-driven mindset
* Well organised with a proactive approach
* Degree preferred but not essential
* Sales or commercial experience advantageous
* Motivated by success and career progression
