Location: Primarily remote, with regular travel to government, European, and member sites

The OpportunityWe are seekinga dynamic, credible,and authoritative leaderto become our next Chief Executive Officer. This is a pivotalmoment for the association, as regulatory changeand growing public interestin hygiene and sustainability reshapethe sector.
The CEO will:
*Provide vision and strategic leadership for the organisation.
*Act as the publicface of the industry, representing members to government, regulators, media, andinternational partners.
*Build consensus acrossa diverse membership, from multinationals to SMEs.
*Lead a small, agile Secretariat team with hands-on delivery.
*Champion the association’s role within Europeanand global networks.
Candidate ProfileWe are lookingfor a leader who brings:
*Proven experience in regulatory, legislative, or policy affairsat national level.
*Strong advocacy and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
*Strategic vision combinedwith practical deliveryin a small-team environment.
*Integrity, resilience, and the abilityto operate independently while collaborating effectively with Counciland members.
*Ideally, a background in science-based or consumer productsindustries, with knowledge of trade associations.
