CDM Consultant - Newcastle One of the UK’s leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. Projects predominantly across Newcastle and the wider North East.

The CDM Consultant Role
The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM duties across a range of project types.

Duties of the CDM Consultant to include:
· Provide CDM advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
· Support the delivery of Principal Designer services.
· Review design risk assessments and H&S documentation.
· Attend client and design team meetings across the North East.
· Undertake site inspections where required.
