Supply Chain Planning Manager
Reading – onsite
Up to £50,000

What will do you as a Supply Chain Planning Manager
*End to end supply chain planning across demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management
*Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales data, promotions, seasonality & new product launches
*Build scalable planning processes and tools (S&OP / IBP) to balance service levels & cost
*Manage supplier and capacity planning, lead times, and constraints to ensure on-time, in full delivery
*Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste, spoilage, and stockouts
*Use data and KPIs to identify risks and improvement
What will you need to be a Supply Chain Planning Manager
*HCCAP qualification
*Experience working within the Food sector
*Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
*Strong analytical skills, Excel and forecasting systems experience
*Managed a small team of staff
