Join our Client, a leading housing association dedicated to providing quality, affordable homes. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm and Lighting Tester to join their Fire and Security team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of their properties across Dorset and Hampshire.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Carry out routine compliance testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and automatic opening vents.
*Log work carried out as per industry and company standards and guidelines.
*Manage your time and work through the working day using our iPad-based software.
*Stay up-to-date with industry-relevant training.
*Uphold company values in all customer-facing interactions and maintain professional driving habits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience.
*Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
*Proficiency in using iPad-based software for logging and managing work tasks.
*Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
*Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week with a 6-month probation period. This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check, and a basic disclosure check. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person or Microsoft Teams interview.
