*Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation
*Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost-reduction initiatives
*Support new product development and continuous improvement
*Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
*Handle supplier audits, PPAP, and quality-related problem-solving

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*A proactive problem-solver who can identify trends and implement long-term, sustainable solutions
*Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
*Experience managing UK and international suppliers
*Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cost savings
*Experienced in driving continuous improvement initiatives
