Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Yorkshire | Experience: 5-9 years PQE
Are you a driven and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next exciting step? Join a supportive, growing Corporate & Commercial team where your expertise will be valued and your career progression actively encouraged.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of commercial property matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to a thriving practice. Regular access to a car would be beneficial for client and site visits.
What We’re Looking For
*5-9 years PQE in Commercial Property
*Strong background in advising on a wide range of commercial transactions
*Excellent client care, with the ability to understand and support diverse client needs
*Confident managing your own varied caseload
*Skilled at developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
*Great communicator - personable, professional, and approachable
*Ability to support and mentor colleagues within the team
*Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
A Law degree (or equivalent qualification) is preferred.

*Handling diverse commercial property matters
*Managing files efficiently using case management systems
*Offering clear, practical advice with a commercial focus
*Working collaboratively while taking ownership of your own workload
