We’re looking for a Regional Paraplanning Manager to inspire, develop, and lead a talented team of Paraplanners and Report Writers — ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice and technical research to Private Client Advisers.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, uphold business quality standards, and continuously improve the client service experience.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
*Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Paraplanners and Report Writers.
*Manage workflow and resource allocation across teams.
*Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and compliance.
*Drive productivity, engagement, and professional development.
*Support continuous improvement of paraplanning processes and client outcomes.
?? What We’re Looking For
*Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent — Chartered status a plus.
*Proven people management and leadership experience.
*Strong technical background across pensions, investments, and IHT planning.
*Experience in an IFA or wealth management environment.
*Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
