Key Customer Administrator

REED Business Support are representing our client who are looking for a Key Customer Administrator to join their Water Delivery team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service and efficient business operations. This position involves providing administrative and organisational support to the Key Customer Coordinator and the wider team, ensuring smooth operations through meticulous data management and stakeholder engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Daily Administration:
*Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data and records.
*Conduct daily reviews, updates, and reconciliations of electronic records with high accuracy.
*Prepare data for invoicing, update booking references, and check volumes/km’s.
*Maintain and file both electronic and hard copy documentation, resolving issues as required.
*Assist with general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and internal correspondence.
*Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

* Stakeholder Engagement:
*Serve as a backup point of contact for key stakeholders through regular communication and site visits.
*Address all requests and communications (emails, phone calls) within agreed service levels.
*Liaise with stakeholders in regular meetings to troubleshoot and address any operational or service issues.

* Financial Processes Assistance:
*Maintain accurate records to support financial tracking and reporting.
*Raise Purchase Order numbers, review/process contractor invoices, and prepare data for accurate and timely invoicing.
*Resolve stakeholder/haulier queries efficiently.

* Team Support:
*Assist the Customer Support Lead and WMR Manager to ensure the department functions efficiently and effectively.
*Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
*Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on using SharePoint and Excel.
*Experience in a fast-paced working environment demonstrating work flexibility.
*Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise work under pressure while still delivering excellent customer service.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proactive and forward-thinking with a positive attitude.
*Teamwork-oriented with a willingness to help others, taking ownership of problems and workload.
