Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum + £4250 Car allowance
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Coaches to join our team and support learners aged 16–19 on Study Programmes. In this role, you will tutor small groups of learners, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping them achieve their academic and personal development goals.
You will play a vital part in creating an inclusive learning environment, providing tailored support, and motivating learners to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver small group tutoring sessions to learners aged 16–19, including those with EHCPs.
*Support learners in developing study skills, confidence, and independence.
*Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs.
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
*Promote safeguarding, equality, and inclusion at all times.
Requirements
*Ideally hold a Level 2 qualification relevant to the role (or equivalent experience).
*Previous experience supporting learners with additional needs is highly desirable.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to motivate and engage young people in their learning journey.
