Description
*Oversee and manage tax compliance processes for a variety of clients.
*Prepare & review personal tax work, working papers, and reports for accuracy
*provide expert technical advice in areas such as reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits
*Ensure all tax filings and submissions are accurate and completed on time.
*Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.
*Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients.
*Assist in audits and liaise with tax authorities when required.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their specific needs.
*Manage workload and run weekly team updates
*Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Profile
A successful Tax Manager should have:
*Professional qualification in accountancy or tax (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT).
*A minimum of 3years experience operating as an Assistant Manager or above
*Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
*Experience in managing tax processes within the business services industry.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
*Proficiency in tax software and relevant IT systems.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Capability to mentor and lead a team successfully.
