Business Development Manager
*Annual Salary: £40,000 plus commission (OTE: Up to £92,000)
*Location: Hatfield
*Job Type: Full-time
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle dealership. This role drives sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with SMEs and large fleet businesses, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
*Sales Generation: Prospect and develop new leads in the commercial vehicle market across the UK.
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships, understanding client business objectives and transportation needs.
*Product Knowledge: Gain deep understanding of vehicle models and features.
*Consultative Selling: Recommend appropriate vehicle models and configurations.
*Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales efficiently.
*Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
*Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
*Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK driving licence.
*Experience in commercial vehicle sales.
*Knowledge of the vehicle market and fleet management.
*Independent and team work skills.
*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
