Job Description:
Are you a process-driven problem solver who thrives at the intersection of people, technology, and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Learning Process Operations Lead to take ownership of my clients Workday Learning function and elevate how their organisation delivers learning at scale.
In this pivotal role, you’ll optimise processes, champion continuous improvement, and empower teams across the business to make the most of their Learning platform. If you love transforming complexity into clarity and creating seamless user experiences, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Optimising learning operations: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Workday Learning processes.
*Championing stakeholder relationships: Partner with HR, L&D, IT, Risk, Knowledge Teams and business leaders to align the learning ecosystem with business needs.
*Owning mandatory training: Oversee the full end-to-end process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and engagement.
*Driving continuous improvement: Turn insights and user feedback into smarter, faster, more intuitive learning processes.
*Training & support: Deliver meaningful training to end users and administrators, while offering expert guidance on queries and incidents.
*Ensuring compliance: Keep learning operations aligned with data privacy standards, governance frameworks, and all organisational policies.
*Supporting project delivery: Lead or contribute to enhancement initiatives, new functionality rollouts, and process change projects.
*Maintaining clarity: Keep documentation clear, current, and easy to understand.
Reporting & Insights
*Partner with HR Reporting specialists to build impactful dashboards and learning metrics.
*Track KPIs, identify risks, and provide valuable insights to senior leadership.
*Translate data into clear trends, opportunities, and action.
Communication & Engagement
*Act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert across the organisation.
*Run workshops, training sessions, and forums to promote best practice.
*Ensure updates and process changes land effectively and consistently.
Quality Assurance
*Uphold high operational standards through robust audit processes.
*Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across all operating regions.
*Investigate issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
What You’ll Bring
*Strong experience with Workday Learning or a similar LMS.
*Proven ability to optimise processes within a complex organisation.
*Confident stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
*A passion for delivering training and supporting users.
*Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
*The ability to influence, collaborate, and lead change.
*High attention to detail and a drive for operational excellence.
Experience & Background
*5–7 years in operations management, HR process improvement, or similar roles.
*Experience leading cross-functional projects and improvement programmes.
*Understanding of compliance, governance, and QA best practice.
*Familiarity with digital workflows and process automation is advantageous.
