Job Description:
Finance Manager | Remote | Temporary Contract | Up to £330 per day
A growing healthcare business is looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join on a short-term contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of key finance processes, ensure continuity during a period of change, and help the team streamline and redistribute tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
*Manage core finance activities, including: *Posting journals
*Accounts Receivable tasks
*Monitoring the balance sheet
*Banking and related processes
*Support month-end close and maintain accurate reconciliations.
*Work closely with the finance team to review current processes and identify efficiencies.
*Help clarify workload and assist in transitioning tasks back into BAU.
*Provide insight to shape the structure of the future permanent role.
About You
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
*Strong understanding of transactional finance and month-end processes.
*Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity and adapting to evolving priorities.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
