Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time International Service Engineer to join the team. This role is based in Chelmsford and involves both on-site and international travel. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, maintenance, and repair of complex machinery. The position requires attending field service calls, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
? Key Responsibilities
*Diagnose and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and maintenance
*Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery
*Provide field service and technical support to clients
*Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
*Travel internationally to customer sites as required
? Qualifications & Skills
*Strong electro/mechanical experience (5+ years advantageous)
*Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Strong communication skills for client interaction
*Relevant technical certifications or engineering qualifications (preferred)
*Full clean driving licence and valid passport
*Previous experience in machinery servicing or industrial equipment is beneficial
