Overview:
An established Glasgow firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-5 years’ PQE) to join its busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience in a firm that values collaboration, professional growth and high-quality client care.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to settlement or trial
*Provide clear legal advice and representation, including court advocacy where required
*Work closely with Counsel and medical experts to prepare and progress cases
*Handle matters including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and hospital negligence
Experience Required:
*1-5 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence or a related area of litigation
*Advocacy skills and understanding of court procedures
*Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills
