Job Description:
Administrator Location: Sherburn in Elmet
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our client in a newly created role supporting site operations. This position would suit someone with a background in construction or engineering who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities: * Preparing and collating all necessary paperwork to ensure the team is fully equipped for site work
* Liaising with subcontractors and third-party providers (e.g. scaffolders, cleaning teams) to coordinate schedules and site access
* Ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently by staying one step ahead and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Carrying out regular audits with subcontractors to ensure qualifications and compliance documents are up to date
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing your own ideas to streamline operations
About You: * Background or good understanding of the construction or engineering sector
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities ("a natural plate spinner")
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Reactive, adaptable, and comfortable solving problems on the spot
