Experienced Letting Agent – Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Are you an experienced property professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are a successful and expanding property company based in Glasgow City Centre, and we’re seeking a confident, self-motivated Letting Agent to join our dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in managing and developing our portfolio of residential properties, primarily located in the City Centre and West End.
What You’ll Do
Your day will be varied and rewarding, including:
*Managing property enquiries, maintenance issues, inventories, leases, and deposits.
*Conducting property viewings and inspections.
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and tenancy agreements.
*Overseeing move-ins, move-outs, and dispute resolution.
*Coordinating maintenance work with contractors and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
*1–2 years’ proven experience in residential lettings or property management.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
*Ability to work independently and proactively tackle challenges.
*Experience using property management systems (SME) and Fixflo.
*Full UK driving licence and own car (essential).
