Job Description:
We are looking for a Finance & Office Manager to join our Client and take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting the wider business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Preparing accurate monthly management accounts
*Working closely with external accountants
*Managing short- and long-term cashflow forecasts and annual budgets
*Producing weekly and monthly financial reports
*Managing Sales & Purchase Ledger, credit control and payment runs
*Processing payroll and related submissions
*Completing bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
*Producing accounts up to trial balance and submitting VAT returns
*Acting as the main point of contact for HMRC and other external bodie
* Supporting office administration, basic HR and operational tasks
*Providing direct support to the Managing Director
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in a similar Finance Manager / Office Manager role
*Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
*High proficiency in Excel and accounting software
*Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*Positive, flexible and hands-on approach
