Job Description:
Sales Administrator
*Location: Chelmsford
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: £26,000 plus bonus
Join our exciting client, as a Sales Administrator. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to become part of our small, dynamic team. This role is diverse and hands-on, requiring a flexible approach to seamlessly switch between client communications and small warehouse tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring artwork proofs are approved promptly and orders are delivered on time.
*Handle daily client enquiries via phone or email, provide quotations, pack and send samples, offer advice on marketing methods and stock availability, and keep clients informed about the progress of their orders.
*Arrange and manage daily courier deliveries and collections to and from the office.
*Assist in picking and dispatching stock from our warehouse if required.
*Occasionally represent the business at trade events alongside the team.
*This is an office-based role, working from office in Chelmsford where free parking is available.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a customer service sales environment.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong team player, willing to assist with various duties as needed, from packing urgent orders to unloading new product containers.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a small team.
*Confident, flexible, and enthusiastic.
*Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with CRM databases.
