Part Time Membership Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Edgbaston
£26,000 pa pro rata (3 days)

What will you do as a Membership Customer Service and Sales Advisor
*Drive growth of membership subscribers via outbound calls to existing clients and prospective members
*Assist with member customer service queries
*Create, develop and deliver customer recruitment and retention campaigns
*Attend business trade shows
*Manage subscriber renewals
*Answer inbound calls from existing members
What will you need to be a Membership Customer Service and Sales Advisor
*At least 1 years sales experience or within a role that includes negotiating
*Excellent communication skills
*Confident and outgoing
*Organised
*Self motivated
