Tax Consultant
Location: Jesmond
Type: Full-time (36.5 hours), Part-time considered
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 FTE
Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of bespoke tax advisory. With a growing portfolio of diverse clients, we’re looking for two experienced and motivated individuals to join our Tax Advisory team. You’ll be involved in delivering tailored tax solutions across a range of personal and business tax matters, either independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work on a variety of bespoke tax advisory projects
*Collaborate with team members and other departments
*Provide expert guidance while balancing client needs and business objectives
*Maintain and build strong client relationships
*Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing strategies
*Stay informed on tax legislation and continue to develop your technical and soft skills
*Help drive a culture of learning, development, and high performance
Person Specification:
*CTA qualified or qualified by experience (minimum 3 years advising clients)
*PQE desirable, but not essential
*Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
*Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
*Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations
*Comfortable identifying opportunities to support both client success and business growth
