Job Description:
A terrific new opportunity at a large Scottish national law firm in Dundee is available for a Paralegal to join its excellent and welcoming Residential Conveyancing team.

• Outside of work, the firm boasts an active social calendar – including barbecues, Burns suppers, golf days and wine tastings and a variety of sports teams
The Day-to-Day
The hiring manager is keen on somebody with existing experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload from inception to completion. This role will assist with the provision of a quality service to clients in relation to all aspects of residential conveyancing, including Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages.
• Full time

• 9–5pm – possibility of flexible hours
• You will independently be asked to run a caseload; however, you will have a team around you if support is required
• Take part in regular departmental business meetings
• Promote and support the Firm’s marketing initiatives
• Develop the residential conveyancing side of the business, including marketing to existing and future clients
• Assist in winning new business for the Firm
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services offered by the firm
The Essentials
• The paralegal asked to join the team will have existing experience managing a caseload of residential property transactions
• Capable of working independently and within a team
• Demonstrate an appropriate range of legal knowledge and seek to develop technical competence
• Ideally, candidates will have knowledge of a case management system
• The position is demanding, so the successful candidate should be highly organised and used to working under pressure, often with tight deadlines
Interested?
I am fortunate enough to have placed multiple candidates into the firm and the feedback I’ve received has always been super. The hiring manager is keen to fill this role as soon as possible due to a recent increase in business. Apply now or contact Jack Broadley at G2 Legal.
