Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: Kent
Salary: £37-50,000 DOE

Daily Duties
*Preparing detailed architectural and technical drawings for residential developments
*Developing designs from concept through planning, technical and construction stages
*Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
*Assisting with planning submissions and addressing technical queries
*Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
*Maintaining accurate drawing packages and technical documentation
*Supporting site visits and assisting with design coordination during construction
Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Architectural Technician or equivalent experience within residential development
*Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
*Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with good IT skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicator and effective team player
*Substantial UK based industry experience with recent Residential (ideally developer led) exposure
*Passionate about high-quality design and delivering well-considered residential schemes
