Description
*End to end accounts payable process.
*Process invoices and ensure accuracy in coding and approvals.
*Matching purchase orders and invoices.
*Raising POs.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
*Maintain accurate and organised records of accounts payable transactions.
*Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and provide resolutions.
*Assist with month-end accounts payable tasks and reporting.
*Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
