Temporary/Contract Procurement Opportunity – 3-Month Contract

Must-Have Experience:
5+ years in UK public sector procurement
End-to-end tendering, supplier management, contract negotiation
Strong grasp of UK Procurement Regulations (PCR2015 & PA23)
Skilled in e-procurement systems
Excellent stakeholder engagement
Able to work independently and deliver fast results
Desirable:
Housing or local authority procurement experience
Familiarity with Proactis
CIPS/MCIPS or equivalent
Category management (works, goods, services)
Coaching/mentoring junior staff
Key Deliverables:
Deliver tenders, extensions, and negotiations
Provide compliance assurance
Maintain accurate procurement records
Drive value for money and efficiency
