Role: Residential Experience Officer
Contract: Full Time, 40 weeks per year, Permanent
Salary: £23,711.54 - £25,167.12 per annum
Location: Northamptonshire
You’ll join the Safeguarding and Wellbeing team, supporting students’ welfare, promoting positive behaviour, and helping them succeed academically and socially.
What we’re looking for:
? Experience in a similar role
? Experience with young adults in residential settings (desirable)
? Background in Further or Higher Education
? Youth Work or Social Care qualification (desirable)
? Ability to drive a minibus or willingness to train
? GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or equivalent)
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
