Service Advisor – Full Time
Location: Heathrow Depot, Colnbrook
Salary: £30,000 per annum + £2,000 annual bonus
Hours: Choose from 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 8.30am – 5.30pm

What You’ll Do
*Be the first point of contact for customers, in person and over the phone
*Book vehicles for service and repair
*Provide clear, accurate advice on service requirements
*Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality
What We’re Looking For
*A positive, approachable attitude and strong communication skills
*A customer-first mindset and ability to work well in a team
*Ideally, experience in the motor industry
*Computer literacy (MS Office); Kerridge ADP experience is a bonus
