*Develop commercial revenue streams across retail, admissions and partnerships
*Turn complex financial data into compelling stories for Trustees and funders

*Report directly to the CEO and influence at Board level
*Manage key relationships with national and local funders as well as maximising trading income generation
*Lead and inspire your direct reports while collaborating across departments
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

? ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with serious senior finance leadership credentials

? Commercial brain + cultural heart (you genuinely care about heritage and community impact)

? Strategic vision with the ability to roll your sleeves up when needed

? Track record managing complex stakeholder relationships at regional/national level

? The courage to make tough calls and the empathy to bring people with you

? Immediately or Quickly Available to start in early 2026
