A leading, globally recognised property and construction consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team. This opportunity would suit a Senior Project Manager who is highly capable in project delivery and is now looking for a role that offers both responsibility and progression. The successful Senior Project Manager will lead major industrial and logistics projects and, for the right individual, there is a clear opportunity to step into an Associate position in the short term.
With sustained demand across the industrial and logistics market, this consultancy continues to grow its Project Management offering. As a result, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager who can combine delivery excellence with client-facing confidence and commercial awareness.
The Senior Project Manager Role The appointed Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of industrial and logistics schemes, including large-scale warehouses, distribution centres and complex industrial assets. Projects are often high value and programme-driven, requiring a Senior Project Manager who is comfortable operating with developers, investors, funds and occupiers.
In addition to delivery, the Senior Project Manager will play a role in developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the industrial and logistics portfolio.
Duties of the Senior Project Manager to include: * Leading the end-to-end delivery of industrial and logistics projects

* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders

* Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams

* Providing strategic input on procurement routes and delivery strategies

* Overseeing project programmes, risk management and reporting

* Chairing client, design team and contractor meetings

* Ensuring projects are delivered to high standards of quality, programme and commercial performance

* Supporting repeat business through strong client relationships

* Assisting with business development activities alongside senior leadership

* Mentoring and supporting Project Managers and junior team members

The Person? The successful Senior Project Manager will be a delivery-focused professional with experience in the industrial and logistics sector. The Senior Project Manager will ideally demonstrate:
* Proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager within construction consultancy or client-side

* Strong experience delivering industrial and logistics projects

* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

* Commercial awareness and confidence contributing to business development

* The ability to lead complex project teams

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

* Chartered status or working towards a relevant professional qualification is preferred
