Reed Business Support are currently working with one of Edinburgh’s established, UK wide property management companies who are looking to grow the team with a new and experienced Property Manager.
Based in the heart of the City, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property manager who is looking for a new opportunity and a better work life balance. They don’t believe in working after 5pm!


Salary- up to £33,000 Depending on experience

Location- Edinburgh
Hybrid working – 1 day

And what are we looking for?
*1-2 years’ experience as Property Manager
*Arla or Letwell qualified (not essential)
*Driver’s licence
*Positive and hard-working attitude
*Great knowledge of both the tenancy legislation in Scotland and an overview of the rental market in Edinburgh
*Ability to take ownership of tasks and work under own guidance
*Aptitude in handling all aspects of property management by yourself • Confidence in dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
What the role involves:
*Managing a busy property portfolio
*Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
*Providing world class customer service
*Organising and preparing properties for marketing and let
*Managing tenancy applications and negotiating terms between tenants and landlords
*Arranging pre-tenancy works for landlords and identifying renovation projects for the business
*When tenancies end, complete check-out actions through to deposit return
*Carrying out rent reviews and tenancy substitutions involving market assessment, negotiating and preparing notices
*Managing workload, priorities and work autonomously
