Field Sales Executive
*Annual Salary: £30,000 plus OTE £54,000
*Location: Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside (Travel to client sites required)
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

This role is perfect for charismatic, energetic individuals who excel in a fast-paced office environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Make outbound calls, visits, and meetings with potential customers to explore new business opportunities.
*Convert potential leads into new customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored Recycling and Waste Management solutions.
*Ensure service delivery exceeds customer expectations.
*Travel to client sites across the above regions to engage directly with customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
*Strong, confident personality with the determination to make a difference.
*Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
*Innovative thinking skills, aimed at improving processes and achieving results.
*Full UK driving license is essential.
