We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Oil Trader to join our dynamic trading desk in London.
About the Role:
As an Oil Trader, you’ll be responsible for executing trades across crude oil and refined products, managing risk positions, and identifying profitable opportunities in global energy markets. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where quick decision-making and market insight are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Execute physical and paper trades across crude oil, diesel, gasoline, and other refined products
*Monitor global market movements, geopolitical developments, and supply-demand fundamentals
*Build and maintain relationships with counterparties, brokers, and suppliers
*Manage trading positions and risk exposure within agreed limits
*Analyse market data and price trends to identify trading opportunities
*Collaborate with operations, logistics, and risk management teams to ensure seamless trade execution
