ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team in central London. This is a front-facing role in a fast-paced office environment where you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners.
SALARY
*£2,000 - £2,500 per month depending on experience
*£24,000 - £30,000 per annum
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
*Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to appropriate departments
*Maintain reception area to the highest professional standards
*Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
*Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
*Provide administrative support to the team as required
*Manage office supplies and liaise with building management
*Maintain visitor logs and security procedures
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional appearance and demeanor
*Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Punctual, reliable, and proactive approach
*Positive attitude and team player mentality
