The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the lettings department, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and profitability are maintained at all times.


Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing and developing the lettings portfolio
*Overseeing all compliance and legislation within the department
*Leading, motivating and supporting the lettings team
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Identifying opportunities to grow and improve the department
About You
*Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings professional
*Confident managing a lettings portfolio and all compliance matters
*Professional, organised and commercially aware
*Strong leadership and people-management skills
*Looking for a long-term role within a quality independent business
