As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated Part-Qualified Accountant to join the finance team.


This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting the Financial Controller with day-to-day finance operations. You will gain exposure to a wide range of accounting responsibilities, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career while actively working towards a professional qualification.


DUTIES:
*Processing accruals, prepayments, and journals
*Balance sheet reconciliations (including bank, debtors, creditors, and intercompany accounts)
*General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
*Contributing to budgeting, forecasting
*Variance and margin analysis
*Ensuring accuracy of financial data feeding into month-end close
*Production of monthly management accounts
*Work closely with operational teams to understand and improve financial performance


We are looking for someone who is actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA (part-qualified). You will ideally have experienced in finance within a manufacturing or similar environment. It is also important that you are highly proficient in IT systems, with advanced Excel skills. A detail-oriented, analytical individua who is proactive in problem-solving. You will also be a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

*Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000
*37.5 hours per week
