Reed Education is seeking a dynamic Candidate Manager to lead our candidate attraction strategy and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified teachers and academic staff for schools across the UK.
What You’ll Do
*Develop strategic partnerships with UK universities, SCITT providers, and FE colleges to access trainee teachers and education professionals.
*Organise and attend university career fairs and recruitment events.
*Launch and manage innovative initiatives such as our Candidate Ambassador Program.
*Optimise job board performance and sourcing strategies to maximise ROI.
*Support and train the UK Resourcer team in best practices for candidate engagement, sourcing advert writing.
*Explore international recruitment opportunities and government initiatives.
*Enhance candidate referral schemes and streamline compliance and onboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
*Expertise in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
*Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
*Ability to analyse data and optimise sourcing channels.
*Knowledge of the education sector and teacher training pathways (highly desirable).
