Junior Financial Services Administrator / Client Services Associate
Salary: £22,000–£25,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Farnham
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a Junior Client Services Associate to join our team and support our advisers and back-office functions in providing a seamless client experience.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for client administration generated from meetings, CRM management, onboarding, and handling day-to-day queries via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
*Administer client information for the Partner/paraplanner, ensuring all required details are collected promptly and prepared before submission to the paraplanner.
*Gather and chase information from SJP administration centres and external providers such as life and pension companies, ensuring all work is completed within required timescales.
*Manage and update client financial information and documents, including collating data from multiple sources and creating/updating Client Financial Review documents.
*Oversee the LOA (Letter of Authority) process, ensuring all client information is handled accurately and efficiently.
*Support the Partner and Advisers with client communication and pre-meeting preparation.
*Assist with pre-meeting research by gathering valuations, documents, and relevant client file data, and uploading these to online systems.
*Complete application forms and documentation on behalf of clients (with their express permission).
*Carry out ID&V and AML checks to ensure compliance.
*Submit business accurately through online systems, following compliance procedures.
*Maintain and update the CRM system and other SJP IT systems.
*Use SJP systems and team processes to place straightforward investments.
*Answer client calls professionally, handling or redirecting queries as appropriate.
*Perform additional duties as required by the business and Partner, appropriate to the role.
