What you’ll be doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Business Development Consultant, your focus will be on building relationships with new and existing clients while learning how recruitment works end to end.
You’ll be trained to:
*Identify and research companies within our specialist market
*Build market maps and understand where hiring demand exists
*Contact businesses by phone, email, and LinkedIn to start conversations
*Book meetings and introduce our recruitment services
*Learn how to qualify roles and understand client hiring needs
*Support senior consultants with candidate introductions and deal management
*Help grow our brand through content, podcasts, and community outreach
This is a commercial role. You’ll learn sales, negotiation, communication, and how to influence decision-makers.
