What does a Recruitment Resourcer actually do?


As a Recruitment Resourcer, you are at the heart of everything. You support experienced recruiters while learning how people, markets, and businesses really work.
Your role is a mix of research, relationship-building, and commercial thinking.


You’ll be responsible for:
*Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal systems
*Speaking with candidates by phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their skills, goals, and motivations
*Screening CVs and qualifying candidates before interviews
*Managing candidate relationships and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process
*Supporting interview coordination, feedback, and offers


This is not just about CVs.


You’ll also:


*Market map our sector, acting like a detective to identify every relevant company, team, and decision-maker in our space
*Research new businesses entering the market and track where talent is moving
*Support business development by reaching out to new companies and starting meaningful conversations
*Invite industry leaders, clients, and candidates to take part in podcasts, content, and community initiatives
*Help build our brand by spotting opportunities to connect with the right people at the right time
*You’ll quickly learn how recruitment, sales, marketing, and networking all link together.
