Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Benefits: 25 days holiday (rising annually), enhanced pension contributions, Private Health Insurance (PHI), 4x death in service (4xDIS)
About the Company:
This is a Chartered financial planning firm based in Leeds, known for delivering bespoke, specialist financial advice to high-net-worth clients. The team takes a relationship-led approach and avoids transactional or volume-based models. Based in their Leeds city centre office full-time, this role supports the delivery of tailored financial planning strategies. There is also a clear pathway for those looking to progress into an advisory role, with internal development encouraged and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare suitability reports and planning documents to support tailored, compliant advice
*Conduct financial and investment research to inform bespoke client strategies
*Liaise with clients and advisers to maintain trusted, long-term relationships
