Business Analyst (2-Year FTC)
I’m working with a well-established business in North Cambridgeshire to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting their ERP implementation project, ensuring that the new system meets the organisation’s needs and optimises business operations. Key Responsibilities
*Analyse and document business processes and requirements to support the ERP implementation.
*Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define detailed system requirements.
*Work with the ERP vendor and internal teams to ensure the system configuration aligns with business needs.
*Assist in the testing of the ERP system, ensuring it meets both functional and business requirements.
*Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
*Drive process improvements through the effective use of the ERP system.
About You
*Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP implementation projects.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
*Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong problem-solving ability and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
*Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
