Job Description:
On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to work for a growing busness based in Wolverhampton.
This role is on site 4 days per week with travel.
Duties of the role will include:
* Ownership of accurate, timely month-end reporting and management accounts
* Leading and coaching a small team
* Delivering variance analysis, KPI reporting and performance insights
* Partnering with General Managers and senior stakeholders to drive business performance
* Supporting pricing, costing, audit, ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Working on ad hoc projects
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5+ years PQE
* Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced Excel skills with a commercial, analytical mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
