Job Description:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnered with a Public Sector organisation in Leeds to recruit for a Commercial Manager.
This role would suit someone with a background in tendering and contract management.
Role Overview:
·Lead on high value complex procurements within the Built Environment team
·Demonstrate proficiency in dissecting and rebuilding contracts in a strategic manner, ensuring they align with organisational goals and compliance standards.
·Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
·Negotiate and secure advantageous commercial deals, showcasing strong negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics
