Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong interest in business operations to support senior leadership and help keep the business running efficiently. Based at their head office in Sheffield, this role goes beyond traditional EA duties and is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, coordinating across teams, and making a real impact on how a business operates.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing priorities, streamlining workflows, and supporting key operational activities across the organisation.
This is a varied and influential position combining high-level executive support with hands-on involvement in business operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, act as a central point of coordination, and help drive operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Support
*Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
*Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
*Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
*Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
*Support effective communication between leadership and wider teams
Business Operations Support
*Assist with day-to-day business operations and internal processes
*Coordinate cross-functional activity and follow up on actions
*Support planning, tracking, and reporting of business initiatives
*Help document, improve, and streamline workflows and procedures
*Support budget tracking, invoicing, and basic financial administration
*Assist with project coordination, compliance, and internal documentation
About You
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA
*Exposure to business operations, project support, or operational coordination
*Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confident working with senior stakeholders
*Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
*Commercially aware with a strong understanding of how businesses operate
*Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience beneficial
