Join a respected legal team as an Associate Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property Litigation. This role offers the chance to handle complex disputes and deliver strategic solutions for a diverse client base in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, and property-related contractual issues.
*Provide expert advice and representation in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
*Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service and successful outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years PQE in commercial property litigation.
*Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, client-focused approach.
*Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment.
